Meet Heidi
With a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Management, I have had the opportunity to work in many different business roles including technical support, project management, software development and finance. I developed an understanding and practice of excellent client services by providing technical support for many computer users throughout the country. My project management experiences have helped me develop the skills to organize and manage many projects and processes, similar to the processes involved with buying and selling real estate.

As a team member of a small architecture company for the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to experience residential real estate development, design, construction and sales. My approach to real estate going forward will focus on applying my business experiences to the real estate industry to assist clients in making the best decision with their real estate investments.

I am very excited to join a strong team and dedicated organization that will utilize my business experiences and continually challenge my diverse skill set.
Meet Peter
From relocations to first-time buyers, from Minneapolis to the outer suburbs, I enjoy all aspects of helping buyers and sellers make the best of their real estate transactions.

Born in London, I have lived in England, Germany, Malta, Cyprus and visited many other countries before settling in the United States 20 years ago. I became a U.S. citizen in 1998.

After graduating from Harrogate College, I served in Her Majesty’s Armed Services and then attended Cambridge University in England. In the late 70’s I became professional financial manger, trading in the global currency market which, ultimately, led me to America. The negotiating skills I acquired in this business and my desire to see a job through to completion is invaluable in my career today.

I believe in a direct, hands-on approach. I have personal experience to draw on, having relocated several times, most recently to Minneapolis eight years ago. My philosophy is that we are partners in the buying and selling experience with an equal stake in a mutually satisfactory outcome.

I look forward to working with you and earning your trust.
